Linda Clark

Linda Clark, 66, of Goodyear died April 4, 2014, in Phoenix of peritoneal cancer.

Mrs. Clark was born Oct. 15, 1947, in Seneca, Kan., to Herbert and Bessie Kling.

She was an elementary school teacher, photographer, Realtor and middle school science teacher.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Clark; one son, Robert Clark Jr.; and two sisters, Pamela Blankinship and Corrine Green.

Private services were held.

Eduardo ‘Eddie’ Rosales Frausto

Eduardo “Eddie” Rosales Frausto, 56, of Glendale and formerly of Avondale, died April 1, 2014.

Mr. Frausto was born July 4, 1957, in Artesia, N.M.

He moved to Phoenix with his family in 1958.

He was one of the four founders of the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) at Agua Fria High School in Avondale in 1974.

He graduated from Maricopa Technical Community College and attended the Department of Public Service Academy before serving as a DPS highway patrolman.

He retired from the Phoenix Municipal Courts after 29 years of service, where he worked as a court clerk, bailiff and supervisor of court files.

He played guitar at St. William Catholic Church from 1981 to 1994, and was a catechist from 1982 to 1990.

He coached Pop Warner football in 1996.

He coordinated the annual “Stand Up for Veterans” event for the Phoenix Municipal Courts for several years.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Andrea; one daughter, Desiree; one son, David; three brothers, Lorenzo Jr., Xavier and Alfredo; and four sisters, Leticia, Maria, Teresa and Sylvia.

A visitation was held April 7 at Holy Cross Catholic Mortuary.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary’s Basilica, 231 N. Third St., Phoenix.

Carol Beltran Lawrence

Carol Beltran Lawrence, 50, of Goodyear died March 31, 2014, in Goodyear.

Mrs. Lawrence was born Aug. 22, 1963, in Phoenix to Robert and Esperanza Beltran.

She was a letter carrier.

She is survived by her husband, Tracy Lawrence; one daughter, Jennifer Velasquez; one son, Kyle Smith; her mother, Esperanza Beltran; two sisters, Rose Mary Nield and Delphina Ruiz; one brother, Bobby Beltran Jr.; and four grandchildren.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd., Goodyear.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Valley.

Max Allen Outram

Max Allen Outram, 64, of Goodyear died March 31, 2014, at his home.

Mr. Outram was born Dec. 14, 1949, in Urbana, Ohio, to Oram and Louise Outram.

He moved to Arizona in September 1971.

He served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged March 8, 1974.

He was a retired grocery/retail clerk.

He was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church and retired from the UFCW executive board.

He is survived by his wife, Susan; three sons, Christopher, Stephen and Nicholas; two daughters, Patricia and Deborah; one brother, Charles; and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Christ Presbyterian Church, 925 N. Sarival Ave., Goodyear.

The Rev. Robert L. Simmons will officiate.

Memorials may be sent to Christ Presbyterian Church or the 100 Club of Arizona.

Jesusita C. Uballe

Jesusita C. Uballe, 92, of Buckeye died April 2, 2014, at her home.

Mrs. Uballe was born July 14, 1921, in Sonora, Mexico.

She moved to Arizona 90 years ago.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor; and two sons, Ramon and Rudy.

She is survived by one son, Juan Uballe; two daughters, Dora Uballe and Gloria Fraker; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry’s Catholic Church, 24750 W. Lower Buckeye Road, Buckeye.

The Rev. Billy Kosco will officiate.
